THE BEAUTIFUL BEACHES OF RHODES
Rhodes is the largest of the Dodecanese islands and is situated at the southeast of the Aegean sea, having a wonderful Mediterranean climate with at least 300 days of sun throughout the year. The strong dry winds that blow on the island ensure that the weather doesn't become too hot and offer favorable conditions for windsurfers on the north-west coast.
The beaches of Rhodes are exceptionally beautiful and the ones located along the east coast are more popular for families. One of the most famous is the town beach Elli, near the city of Rhodes.
